Sustainable Food Systems - Towards Food for All

"Achievement of a sustainable food system will require reform of the food production system, modernizing the food processing chain, and implementation of policy and market reforms and appropriate economic reforms."
CAETS, de International Council of Academies of Engineering and Technological Sciences, heeft deze doelstellingen geformuleerd naar aanleiding van het CAETS Symposium over Sustainable Food Systems dat op 28-30 juni in Kopenhagen is georganiseerd door ATV, de Deense Academy of Engineering.
